5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Mei & Mellow shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day easy return policy for eligible products.

Returned products must be:

Unused and unworn
In original condition
With tags and packaging intact

Sarees that show signs of usage, draping, perfume, stains, washing, or alterations such as fall/pico work may not qualify for returns.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 24 hours after receiving and verifying the returned product.
